Project: MIDC SEEPZ SDF VII Structural Strengthening

Scope of Works: Structural Repairs, External Plastering and CFRP Strengthening
It is a very important structure in-housing gems and jewellery export manufactures.
Main challenge was to work under operational condition of the manufacturing units.
The external façade RCC members were highly deteriorated requiring anti-corrosive treatment.
RCC members damaged due to fire related issues were strengthened with CFRP laminates and fibre wrapping

Carried our structural strengthening of columns, ring beams and bracing members by GFRP wrapping technique.

Scope of Works: Strengthening of bridge with CFRP wrapping and laminate.
The bridge was closed for the heavy traffic due to loss of strength.
Carry out anti-corrosive treatment to affected part of Bridge.
Carry strengthening of Bridge with Thixotropic mortar treatment.
Strengthening of bridge is done with CFRP wrapping and CFRP laminate.
The bearing replacement was a challenge due to small space and adjoining bridge.

RCC jacketing of 12 m high RCC columns exposed to severe saline conditions.
Special load dispersion arrangements for the roof truss were installed to maintain structural stability during the strengthening works.
Advanced anti-corrosion treatment and high-performance repair materials used to ensure quality, durability, and long-term protection.
Application of special protective coating systems before and after RCC jacketing to enhance the durability and service life of the strengthened column core in the aggressive saline environment.
